Field Department Vacancies

Job description

We are looking for new full-time colleagues in the Field Department.

It is manual work. It will require working outside in all weathers.

Please do not apply if you are not used to working outside!

Field work will include planting, digging, and collecting plants by hand and with machines plus splitting plants for re-planting.

This will be a full-time permanent contract, after a 6-month trial period, for the right person.

Working days are from 8am till 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am till 3.30pm on Friday (39 hours per week) .

Salary is age-appropriate minimum wage plus holiday pay, paid on the 26th of each month.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift Monday -Thursday, 7 hours on Friday
